United Brokers Rebate Program

Purchase any property listed on the MLS through us (as your exclusive agent) and we'll Rebate you .60%** of your contract price or 20% of our earned commisssion**upon closing! Our rebate applies to all listed properties not just our listings and that's typically double that of others. It is paid in the form of a credit against your closing costs! Rebates apply when you employ us as your Exclusive Buyers Agent. Rebates do not apply to investor purchases, land purchases, or to non-exclusive agency. 

How Does it work? Here's a typical example: 

Search the MLS under the Home Search tab  or contact us to assist you in finding the ideal property. As your Wilmington Buyers Agent we'll schedule the showing, help you negotiate the best price and take care of all the details to ensure a smooth transaction and closing. United Brokers will then pay (Rebate) you 20% of our earned commission** upon closing. It's that easy. When we represent you you'll get personalized service from an experienced professional and, as an added bonus, cash back at closing, period. 

** Our earned commission is paid by the seller and is offered as co-broker (selling broker) compensation by the listing agent. This is typically 3% in our market. Where applicable United Brokers will pay 20% of our compensation to you the buyer, typically $600 per $100,000 Spent. Commission rates are negotiable and in some cases, particularly with higher end homes, the co-broker compensation is less than 3%. United Brokers will limit the amount paid to the buyer to the lesser of .60% of the purchase price or 20% of our earned commission and subject to your lenders approval and guidelines.
